The Challenge

Start from zero — no brand, no budget buffer, no safety net.

AlphaMart was built entirely with my own money. No investor, no agency safety net. Every rupee spent on ads came directly out of my pocket, which meant I had to get the product, store, and campaigns right from the start.

The goal was simple: find a winning product, build a store that converts, and run paid ads profitably. If it didn't work, the loss was mine.

What I Did

End-to-end — every part of the business, solo.

  • Product research — identified a winning product with strong demand and low market saturation
  • Shopify store setup — built the full store from scratch: product pages, checkout flow, mobile optimisation, trust signals
  • Snapchat Ads — set up ad accounts, created audience segments, tested creatives, and scaled winning ad sets
  • Facebook Ads — ran parallel Meta campaigns to diversify traffic and reduce platform dependency
  • Pixel & conversion tracking — set up accurate event tracking so every purchase was attributed correctly
  • Inventory & fulfilment — managed stock, coordinated supplier orders, handled shipping and logistics
  • Customer support — handled all enquiries, refunds, and complaints personally
  • Post-purchase email flows — set up basic sequences to drive repeat purchases
